FYI
Already one of North America's premier resorts, Snowmass is undergoing a host of on-mountain improvements for the 2007-2008 season. The NEW Treehouse Kids' Adventure Center - our largest capital project to date - is the new height of family adventure! As the centerpiece for kids' programming at Aspen/Snowmass, The Treehouse stands as the first of its kind in the snowsports industry, boasting a family-friendly climbing gym, teen activities, kids' retail and a host of themed rooms for kids ages 8 weeks and up. Other on-mountain upgrades include the NEW Elk Camp Meadows learning area which brings beginners into the high-alpine via the NEW Elk Camp Gondola, as well as a new and improved Snow Park Technologies- designed terrain park and halfpipe area - not to be missed!

BIGGEST EVENT
Bud Light Big Air Fridays are held on Fanny Hill at the base of Snowmass. The series of events takes place on eight days throughout the season (February 15, 22 & 29; March 7, 14, 21 & 28; April 4, 2008). The competitions feature top skiers and snowboarders from the region performing the latest tricks while music plays and prizes are given away to the gathered crowd.
