Four
huge peaks with over 2200 acres of skiing and riding,
five terrain parks, four half-pipes, two high-speed six passenger
SuperChairs, the highest chairlift in North America, a state-of-the-art
children's ski and snowboard school, unparalleled grooming, exciting
events and a historic mining town with endless shopping, dining and
nightlife. Breckenridge ski area. . . The Perfect Mountain Town.
Last
season, Breckenridge Ski Resort installed the BreckConnect, Breckenridge's
new 8-passenger gondola, making this perfect mountain town a little
more perfect. Setting the stage for the future development of Breckenridge
Peaks at 7 and 8, the gondola will take skiers, riders and visitors
from town to the Peak 8 base area. The Breckenridge resort also introduced
SnowWhite - 150 acres of above tree line expert terrain accessed by
the recent addition of the Imperial Express SuperChair, the highest
chairlift in North America, reaching 12,840 feet. The success of the
gondola, the new terrain and the Imperial Express have helped make
Breckenridge mountain one of the most popular winter destinations
in the world.
